Job Description:
We are searching for an experienced and enthusiastic Thai Vendor Manager to recruit and manage translation and localization service providers for Southeast Asian languages. You will play a key role in ensuring that our project team can complete various localization tasks efficiently and accurately.
Main Responsibilities:
Supplier Recruitment: Responsible for recruiting Southeast Asian language suppliers with rich translation and localization experience, especially for Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, and other languages.
Supplier Management: Establish long-term cooperative relationships with suppliers to ensure they complete translation tasks on time and with quality, while continuously optimizing cooperation processes to improve work efficiency.
Quality Control: Monitor and evaluate the translation quality of suppliers to ensure that the content meets client requirements and industry standards.
Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers and translation teams to ensure projects are completed on time and with quality, while resolving issues that arise during project execution.
Market Research: Stay informed about the latest developments and trends in the Southeast Asian language service market, and provide valuable suggestions and strategies for the company.
Job Requirements:
Education Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Translation, Linguistics, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the translation or localization industry, with experience in localization projects being preferred.
Language Abilities: Proficient in Thai and English (or other working languages), with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
HR or Supplier Management Experience: Candidates with experience in HR recruitment, supplier management, or related fields will be prioritized.
Team Collaboration and Communication Skills: Possess good team collaboration spirit and communication skills, able to establish effective communication with people from different backgrounds.
Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to think independently and quickly resolve issues encountered during project execution.
