Specific technical details regarding our solutions and support processes will be made available to the freelancer as needed throughout the project. Additionally, the finished documents must be branded with our company’s logo and identity. Once completed, we request the freelancer develop a presentation on the project to showcase to existing and potential clients the enhancements achieved. The goal is to establish formal commitments to support quality, define clear processes for issue resolution and escalation, identify optimization strategies, and effectively communicate the developments to stakeholders. Evidence of previous experience drafting SLAs, process documentation or client-facing materials for industrial technology firms is preferred.
