LanguageLine Solutions is seeking qualified linguists to join our PAIT (Police Approved Interpreters and Translators) pool to support crucial police assignments. Key Requirements:
Security Clearance:
– NPPV3 Level Vetting is required (or documentation submitted to a recognized vetting authority, confirmed by a Vetting Sponsor).
– NPPV2 Level Vetting is acceptable if already acquired but must be upgraded to NPPV3 upon renewal.
Qualifications and Experience:
– A degree or equivalent in translation, the source or target language.
– At least one year of professional translation experience or a minimum of 100,000 words translated.
Test Requirement:
– Applicants must be willing to complete a short, unpaid translation test to qualify for consideration.
