I received a letter from the police, informing me that I had failed to comply with the red/green light. In the letter, I nominated the driver who was my guest from the USA. I provided the driver’s details and address in the USA. However, I received another letter from the police stating that they had checked the details I provided and found them to be fraudulent. They gave me a time to provide the correct driver details, which will remain the same.
At this point, I can only send a letter to the police and maybe ask my guest for a copy of his driving licence and provide the police with his email address. I need to answer their letter as soon as possible, as it has already passed the deadline they gave me.
