1. Translation experience: 3+ years of experience in the New Energy field;
2. Professional knowledge: able to understand and proficiently use the terminology and concepts in the field of renewable energy, and master the corresponding technical and theoretical knowledge
3. Learning ability: able to learn and master new technologies and fields quickly, maintain a learning attitude, and continuously improve professional level
4. Language skills: fluent in English, with good translation skills between English and Finnish
