Looking for Native Kannada Community manager for Remote project

We are having an amazing opportunity for Community/Quality Manager role for Kannada language. Looking for Native speaker. Reports to: Regional Community Manager Responsible for: their Target Language Projects and Communities, from a quality perspective as follows:Soft skills:Language Leading experienceAvailability during the time zone’s business dayBasic Software affinity (and open to new tools)Role and responsibilities• Query management• Quality issues follow up based on errors sample (via QA form, e-mail, calls)• Provide training to the Language Team in case of new/sensitive projects preparation calls• Provide training to the Language team for improvement purposes (also individual calls)• Monitor the linguist’s performance from the WordsOnline Dashboard based on spot checks and KPIs – LIVE checks to prevent quality issues• Advise on linguist’s performance and make decisions based on their overall performance and their ability, e.g. warning, blocking linguists• Download the WOL Daily quality report for analysis and reviewing the data as instructed by the Language Quality Process Owner• Track the most common errors detected during the checks and support the Language Analysts in improving instructions/termbases etc. POC: Enterprise Account Language Manager)• Support during the creation of tests and certification processes to test and qualify linguists • Advise on linguists’ performance in terms of reduced revision %• Respond to all potential and actual quality complaints or concerns promptly (POC: Enterprise Account Language Manager)• Discuss language quality and support in the preparation of customer-facing language meetings• Monitor the Community also in terms of personal issues (unavailability, etc.)• Solve complaints or reported issues (also with the support of the Regional ManagersIf you are interested in the opportunity, please connect me at [email removed*] Looking for a fruitful collaborations.
