I am looking to recruit an Internal Communications Manager to join our friendly and dynamic Marketing team. This exciting role is on a hybrid basis, with three days working from our offices in Nottingham and two days working from home. This is a fixed term contract for 12 months to cover maternity leave.

As our Internal Communications Manager you’ll keep our team engaged with what’s happening across the organisation, from our latest products and key business initiatives, through to colleague development, wellbeing and charity work. Your role is to help deliver a great employee experience, one where everyone feels informed, involved and valued.
This exciting role offers lots of variety and you’ll have the opportunity to work with stakeholders across our different business functions, providing communications support and guidance, developing plans and delivering engaging communications. You’ll be responsible for the management of our internal communication channels including our intranet. Plus, there are opportunities to get hands on, with in-person and virtual events.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be able to deliver the detail effectively, while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.
