Copywrite Associate/Bi-Lingual Specialist (English to Spanish)W2 Contract, 3 months, potential to extend or convert to FTEThe assignment is for up to 30 hours per week, with an average of 25 hours a week; and can be flexible as to the hours during the day. The expectation is not to be online at 8 a.m. EST everyday.$23/hr on W2 100% Remote, Must Live In: Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Maryland, Michigan, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, North Carolina, Arkansas, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Utah, Wyoming, Kentucky, and Wisconsin Job Description: Translates and/or transcreates language for marketing materials, member guides, member letters, automated message scripts and educational materials from English into Spanish. Interacts enterprise-wide to provide necessary translations. Proofreads translated materials to verify that they are accurate and adhere to our quality standards. Ensures consistent language and cultural sensitivity across all materials produced in Spanish. Adheres to timelines to ensure completion of projects by given deadlines. Identifies, analyzes and understands target audiences and their specific program or project needs to develop effective solutions for those audiences. Manages vendor relationships on behalf of the company as assigned. Analyzes and improves customer satisfaction through external and internal feedback Hiring RequirementsEducation/ExperienceBachelors Degree in Spanish, Communications, Health Care Management, Linguistics.Minimum of 2 years experience in English to Spanish translationFluency in both Spanish and EnglishSuperior writing skills in Spanish (must complete an assessment) and excellent writing skills in English Hiring PreferencesWorking knowledge of idiomatic language differences among Spanish-speaking countries and ability to write for a general audienceComprehensive understanding of health care and health insurance terminologyStrong computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPointAbility to work independently as well as collaborativelyAttention to detailExcellent relationship building and interpersonal skillsProblem solving and decision making skillsAbility to effectively manage multiple priorities and projects
