Need a movie script written

We have a fiction book and want to create a movie out of this. The movie will be 120 mins.
We need someone having experience in writing script and screenplay for a movie. We prefer American English.
The person should have experience in writing english fiction movies, action movies. The story is long about 300 pages it should be bought down to 120 mins.
It should have full details on dialogues, screenplay, camera angles climax etc.
