We’re keen on partaking in the Call for Tenders for the EEIG GECOTTI-PE and wish to extend an invitation for your collaboration with us. If successful, the contract will be for one year, with the potential for renewal.
Our current focus lies in sourcing support for the following language pairs:
– English to Slovak
– English to Czech
To facilitate this process, we kindly request your CV, outlining your extensive experience in EU-funded programs, sustainable urban development, as well as expertise in legal, human resources, administrative, or financial domains.
If you happen to be a sworn translator, please include a copy of your certificate.

In the documentation, it specifies the type of experience they’re seeking for various documents. Here are the details for your reference, which might be helpful for the CVs:
A) The Initiative/ Programmes’ reference documents
• Terms of reference of the Calls for applications
• Application Forms guidance
• Programme Monitoring System user guides
• Translation of the Application Forms
B) Communication and dissemination documents:
• The Initiative/ Programmes’ websites
• Subtitling of audiovisual materials
• General and themed brochures presenting the Programme/ Initiative and its activities
• Specialised communication brochures
• Recap compendiums for projects having benefited from grants from the Programmes
C) Administrative and financial documents:
• Grant agreements for EU funds beneficiaries
• Documents of an accounting or financial nature (invoices, audit…)
• Documents of a legal nature: legal memo, articles, request for tender, contract or documents
• requiring certification by a sworn-in translator
• Internal memos circulated to the employees of EEIG GECOTTI-PE or employment contracts
