I need one page vehicle title to be translated from Japanese to English. The car is here in the USA and the DMV in Massachusetts is requiring a translation by either a:
– Language service provider
– A bilingual teacher at an accredited Massachusetts college, university, or private language school
– A bilingual notary public
– The American Translators Association
– Community-based organization
-US government agency
– Mass municipal agency
– Non profit org
