I’ve just had a 53-page (~22,000 words) quality manual for packaging products translated from English into Mandarin (Simplified). I am looking for someone to proofread and quality check the translation. The two main things I’m looking for you to do are:
1. Verify the accuracy of the translation from English into Chinese. Identify any areas where the translation may be inaccurate and propose an alternative translation.
2. Make sure the translated Chinese text is free of typos and easy to understand. Identify any areas where there may be typos or unclear language and propose a fix.
Please propose a fixed price for doing this job. I would like you to complete the work using the Track Changes feature in Microsoft Word so I can clearly see your proposed corrections. I’m NOT looking for you to nit-pick every sentence. The goal here is to identify and fix any areas where the language could create confusion or be inaccurate.
