We are interested in participating in the Call for Tenders for the EEIG GECOTTI-PE, and we would like to extend an invitation for you to collaborate with us.
Should we succeed, the contract will span one year, with the possibility of renewal.
We are seeking your assistance with Hungarian into English language combination.
We need English native speakers.
What do I need from you:
– An English CV, until Monday, containing detailed information about your experience in various fields relevant to the EEIG’s activities. This includes expertise in European Union policies, EU-funded programs, sustainable urban development, as well as legal, human resources, administrative, or financial domains.
– Also, can you certify translations from Hungarian into English?
In the documentation, it specifies the type of experience they’re seeking for various documents. Here are the details for your reference, which might be helpful for filling in your CV:
A) The Initiative/ Programmes’ reference documents
• Terms of reference of the Calls for applications
• Application Forms guidance
• Programme Monitoring System user guides
• Translation of the Application Forms
B) Communication and dissemination documents:
• The Initiative/ Programmes’ websites
• Subtitling of audiovisual materials
• General and themed brochures presenting the Programme/ Initiative and its activities
• Specialised communication brochures
• Recap compendiums for projects having benefited from grants from the Programmes
C) Administrative and financial documents:
• Grant agreements for EU funds beneficiaries
• Documents of an accounting or financial nature (invoices, audit…)
• Documents of a legal nature: legal memo, articles, request for tender, contract or documents
• requiring certification by a sworn-in translator
• Internal memos circulated to the employees of EEIG GECOTTI-PE or employment contracts
