The translation needs to be delivered first in .docx format for approval. Upon approval of this e-version, the translator is required to print the translated documents, including the affidavit, bring them with you to a notary in Florida, and sign the affidavit before them. The mailing service is yet to be confirmed, but there is a possibility that the documents will need to be mailed to an address we will specify, using a mailing label provided by us.
