Responsibilities:Translate provided English or Chinese online novel texts (or machine-translated drafts), from various genres, such as fantasy, urban fiction, romance, etc., into Spanish within specified deadlines. MTPE (Machine Translation Post-Editing): to enhance efficiency, translators may receive corresponding machine-translated drafts. Translators need to focus on language refinement and localization, occasionally adjusting plotlines or character nuances to better align with the cultural and customary features of the Spanish context. Qualifications:Native proficiency in Spanish with a deep understanding of regional variations and cultural context in Spanish-speaking countriesProficient reading skills in English or Chinese.Strong command of written Spanish with a focus on maintaining the tone and style of the original text.Previous experience in translating online literature, especially novels, is preferred.Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
