LinguStars Translation Agency needs a Project Manager who will distribute large-volume jobs among the translators and do short urgent jobs on a daily basis, mainly in medical and legal fields. Responsibilities:
– Accept jobs on the translation platforms within 10-15 minutes after they are posted
– Download files, calculate pages, issue POs, and distribute jobs among translators
– Gather the finished files and check them for errors
– Upload the finalized files on the platforms and complete the jobs
– Do independently urgent jobs with a short-term deadline
The position is fully online, permanent with a fixed monthly payment. A successful candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in translating/proofreading, be organized and readily available during working hours, and successfully complete a short test in medical/legal field. Ukrainian residents are welcome.
