More details: This involves listening to questions in French and then posing the same questions in the target language to the other party on the line. Additionally, you will have to re-translate replies to the questions from the target language into French for the operator, given the nature of telephone calls. You’re a mediator between the operator and the other party. This service will respond to calls in the context of migration, asylum applications and integration. Your mission is to respond to every call and make sure that everyone can understand and speak in their own language, with an interest in accessibility and inclusion.
