This is an assignment to do editorial work on encyclopedia articles that have been translated from English to Icelandic. There will be many articles; so, if the first goes well, you will likely be given more similar work to follow.
Some of the Icelandic text is computer translated, some is not; the end goal is to edit the provided Icelandic translations for correct spelling and grammar (rewriting is acceptable if that is what is needed) within a highly structured document (e.g. Excel). Text will be provided in both English and Icelandic. It is your job to check and edit the Icelandic text, making edits if/when necessary. Again, this is not translation, but editing.
To apply, you must have an excellent command of both English and Icelandic.
