Fractional Content / SEO Management For HubSpot Agency

We are a small HubSpot partner looking for ongoing oversight of agency and client objectives related to content marketing.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting management team with content strategy, including blog articles, emails, long form content, and videos as needed.

· Researching topics and long-tail keywords (SEO) for content calendars (quarterly)

· Creating outlines for videos, articles, and guides (monthly)

· Assigning videos, articles, and projects to editorial staff; managing deadlines, providing feedback to creators, communicating with clients, publishing content, and maintaining
a high standard of excellence throughout the process

Set up and manage technical SEO, including Google Search Console and sitemaps

Tracking rankings in SEO tools and conversions in HubSpot, optimizing assets accordingly

· Writing top notch blog, email, and long form content or publishing content when needed

The ideal candidate will be familiar with both HubSpot (pillar pages and topic clusters) and SEO tools like SEMRush, and the ability to track and demonstrate outstanding results. Rankings and traffic are important, but our performance is determined by conversions and revenue outcomes.

Hours and scope TBD. This may evolve into a full-time position down the road.
