We are currently working on a project that requires resources for a language called Sena, spoken predominantly in Mozambique.
Below is the only information available:
The project involves an interview with a female fish processor from Mozambique who discusses the declining fish stocks in her region. It also delves into the challenges faced by small-scale fishers due to the increasing competition from industrial fishing.
Our client has requested a time-coded text translation of the interview. There is no requirement for voice recording.
Please note that there are no specific tools required for this project.
Would it be possible to send the translation as a .SRT file?
The target should be English UK, but if it is not available, English US variant will be ok as well.
Given the nature of the project, we are specifically seeking resources with a deep understanding of the Sena language and the socio-economic context of Mozambique’s fishing industry.
