We also work with mid-career and entry-level clients as well as students who are ready to invest in their careers. We hire exceptionally strong writers and interviewers who we can trust to work in the best interests of our clients and consistently deliver high-quality documents on time, working one-on-one with clients to prepare resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profile content. We expect writers to be available for a minimum of 2 writing projects per week (10-15+ hours per week), though your actual workload may vary from week to week. Please do not email us regarding this position. We carefully review each application and will contact you via email if we believe that you are a strong match for the role. Due to a high volume of applications, we are unable to respond to email applications or provide individual feedback. As a resume writer, you’re responsible for managing the end-to-end writing process with clients, which consists of the following stages:Reviewing client background materials: You’ll review the client’s existing documents, completed questionnaire, and target roles in preparation for their initial consultation. Because we work with clients from all sectors, you need to have the ability to quickly grasp – and correctly use – industry terminology.Conducting initial consultations: You’ll conduct 1-1.5 hour-long consultations with clients over Google Meet, taking detailed notes on their work history and accomplishments. To effectively conduct these calls, you’ll need to understand key KPIs and success measurements recruiters are looking to see in a resume.Writing client documents: You’ll write resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profile content, and professional bios for clients. Because we offer an end-to-end writing service, we do not simply edit a client’s existing resume or reuse existing content. You’ll need to write all client documents from the ground up and send them to our team for editing within 3 business days of completing a client intake call.Completing revisions: You’ll carry out 2-3 rounds of revisions per client, as requested. Clients provide feedback via email, within tracked changes in Word, or via a 30-minute review call. This is a fully-remote position with minimal oversight that provides you with the flexibility to manage your own schedule.
