Details of the project: I am writing to you today as we require
the services of professional
transcribers and translators for media
conferences.
The specific dates are as follows:
1. From 1 to 29 June 2024
Important notes:
·Transcribe a 15 minute video conference
within 30 minutes. (rate per minute in
INR)
·Translate roughly 1500-2000 words
within 2hrs. (rate per word in INR)
·PREFERABLY someone with knowledge of
Cricket sports or experience in any
related sports.
·Services are to be provided remotely
and links to access content live will be
provided by the client. Thus, it is
important that the availability of the
transcribers and translators on the
specified dates.
·Quotations are to be submitted clearly
outlining:
·Rate card per word for translation from
English into Hindi, Urdu, Bangla,
Sinhalese and Afrikaans (in INR)
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Professional Transcriptors: They are
expected to produce transcripts in
English of the English portion of media
conferences within 30 minutes of the
media conference roughly 2500-3000
words.
English – 5 persons each
Hindi to English vice versa – 5 persons
each
Urdu to English vice versa – 5 persons
each
Bangla to English vice versa – 5
persons each
Sinhalese to English vice versa – 5
persons each
Afrikaans to English vice versa – 5
persons each
2. Professional Translators: They are
expected to produce translation within
two hours of the media conference ending
(after receiving the transcript) roughly
1500-2000 words.
Hindi to English vice versa – 5 persons
each
Urdu to English vice versa – 5 persons
each
Bangla to English vice versa – 5
persons each
Sinhalese to English vice versa – 5
persons each
Afrikaans to English vice versa – 5
persons each
An initial estimate would be adequate,
given that the client is presently
seeking a potential supplier for both
Men’s and Women’s Cricket T20 World Cup
2024, scheduled for June 2024 and
September-October 2024 respectively
(exact dates to be announced). We are
eeager to promptly submit our proposal
to the client.
