Job Opportunity: On-Site Minute Takers (Arizona)
We are seeking experienced on-site minute takers based in Arizona, proficient in English to join our team.
Requirements:
Location: Arizona (Exact location to be provided later)
Language: English proficiency
Availability: Meetings are scheduled once a month on the third Wednesday from 6pm to 9pm PST
Responsibilities:
Attend monthly meetings on-site in Arizona
Accurately capture and document key discussion points, decisions, and action items
Ensure timely submission of meeting minutes within the specified turnaround time ( more than 24 hrs)
Qualifications:
Proven experience in minute taking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to work efficiently within tight deadlines
