Details of the project: Our company is hiring English to Ilocano / Iloko translators to collaborate with us on future projects. This opportunity involves long-term cooperation, as we are currently expanding our database with linguists for potential upcoming jobs.
Potential candidates will need to undergo a test translation, which aims to assess their skills, quality, and suitability.
Responsibilities:
– Translate various documents, websites, software, manuals, and more between English and Ilocano, ensuring accuracy and preserving the original meaning.
– Edit, review, and proofread translations, maintaining linguistic standards for high accuracy and quality.
– Address any issues that may arise during projects promptly and effectively, working diligently to meet project requirements and deadlines.

Special requirements to the applicants: – Must be a native speaker of the target language.
– Should have at least 2 years of translation / localization experience, specializing in specific subject areas such as Technical, Software, Medical, and Marketing.
– A degree in translation or linguistic studies is a plus but not required.
– Proficient in CAT tools or willingness to learn.
