Global Creative Translation is looking for a Localization Business Development Officer
Responsibilities:
New Business Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients in target markets, industries, or regions to expand the company’s client base.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis and research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for business growth.
Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, such as networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and attending industry events.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and industry stakeholders to foster trust and open communication.
Client Needs Assessment: Understand client requirements, pain points, and localization needs to propose customized solutions and value propositions.
Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, Quotes, RFQs and pitches to potential clients, addressing their specific localization needs.
Negotiations and Contracts: Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and other commercial terms to secure new business opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as production, account management, and marketing, to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.
Networking and Industry Engagement: Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and trade shows to build brand awareness and establish industry connections.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Track sales activities, maintain accurate records, and provide regular reports to management on sales performance and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications:
– At least 3 years experience in the same field.
– Localization background is a must.
– Fluent English both spoken and written.
– Strong communication and analytical skills.
