I need php/js/api/any code to tamil to english transliteration (Not Translation)

I have a some texts in Tamil language. You have to transliterate it to English, For example, in The word for mother is “அம்மா”. The transliteration for this word is “amma”. In short, I need php/js/api/any code to tamil to english transliteration (Not Translation). Do in any language, no problem, after transliteration, export to csv file.
