I need property documents reviewed and key info extracted

To whom it may concern;

I own a luxury real estate agency based in Queenstown, New Zealand.

As part of our process prior to marketing each property, we conduct a thorough review of the Local Council Records, Title, Building Plans, Resource Management Documents, etc – extracting all information that is relevant to a buyer (and that we need to know about the property).

This information is separated into categories and sub-categories, and is used across digital/web and print marketing. Below is a link to one of the homes we currently have on the market. If you scroll down this page, you will find the type of information needing to be extracted. This covers most of the building-related information, though, there is other important information to be extracted and summarised for our own internal information as well.

During one of our first visits to each property, we also take photos of all chattels, fixtures, appliances, other features etc, as a simple way of initially recording the details of these. Part of the process for you will be to review these photos and extract information (an example being the make and model of an oven).

If your performance and delivery timeframe is satisfactory, this work is ongoing with up to around 4 projects per week needing to be completed.

You must have good English, high attention to detail, and, have a background in or basic understanding of building and property terminology.

Thank you
