German Lead Editor/Translator

Lead a team of 10-15 translators and editors, managing the quality of their work and capacity planning.
Manage and improve the team’s work. Focus on continuous improvement of quality and efficiency.
Review the team’s editing and translations, provide meaningful feedback to develop the knowledge and understanding of the team.
Select, onboard and train new team members.
Build effective team communication and find ways to maintain their motivation and engagement.
Be ready to do be ‘hands on’ completing text-based tasks such as labeling, ranking, auditing, translating and correct texts (including machine learning data)
