We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a knack for research to join our team as a Construction Project Lead Researcher. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting cold calls to a list of construction projects in New York City and Birmingham to collect information on the name and contact person of the individual or company to whom a project has been awarded. This data will be crucial for our sales team to follow up and capitalize on potential business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to construction projects in New York City/ Birmingham to gather information on project leads.
Identify and document the name and contact details of the individual or company awarded the project.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and project information in our database.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless follow-up and engagement with prospective clients.
Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation activities and progress.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in cold calling or lead generation preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to gather accurate information.
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and tasks.
Familiarity with the construction industry and project management processes is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
