We design menu content for our clients. We put the menus into a word document for them to send to their designers. We would like someone to help us put menu descriptors together. We would supply the ‘rough’ recipes, dish names in a word document along with the full recipes in another document, in addition, we would provide another menu which has the type of descriptors we would like. We would then like someone to amend the descriptors and make them sound better.
