I am in need of a MySQL Database Administrator with senior-level experience, specifically more than 5 years, to assist me on multiple fronts. These include:
1. Database Performance Optimization: Ensuring that our database performs optimally by identifying existing problems, altering database structure as needed and noticeably improving response time.
2. Database Backup and Recovery: You will also be responsible for implementing a secure and efficient backup protocol and recovery strategy in case of any data loss or corruption.
3. Database Security Management: You will also take charge of handling security aspects of our MySQL database ensuring the integrity and data privacy standards are met.
