I need a statement written to submit with my housing application to the local authority. The aim of the statement is to show and remind the local authority of my legal rights under their housing policy, care act, human rights act and equality act to provide me with local housing but in the social sector, not the private housing.
Furthermore, references from the courts to which the same and other local authorities were taken in such similar cases in which the judgement was given ion the favour of the applicant.
