Amazon Virtual Assistant

We’re currently looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Virtual Assistant focusing on Data Entry to join our remote team. This position involves handling data entry and sequencing tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in managing various databases. While familiarity with HubSpot and Seamless is preferred, it’s not a strict requirement.

Responsibilities:
Perform precise and timely data entry tasks.
Manage and sequence data to maintain organized databases.
Utilize HubSpot and Seamless for relevant tasks and updates.
Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Requirements:
Strong data entry skills with a keen focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Previous experience with HubSpot and Seamless is advantageous.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a virtual environment.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar data entry role.
Familiarity with CRM systems and data management tools.
Effective communication skills.
