Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maltese to English and/or German sworn translator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating legal documents, contracts, certificates, and official correspondence from Maltese into English and/or German, and vice versa. The role requires a meticulous attention to detail, a deep understanding of legal terminology and concepts, and the ability to deliver accurate translations within tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Translate a variety of legal documents from Maltese to English and/or German, and vice versa, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality translations that meet their needs.
Conduct research and consult reference materials to ensure the accuracy and completeness of translations.
Verify the authenticity and validity of translated documents, adhering to legal requirements and standards.
