I’m looking for a Chinese person with strong communication skills in Mandarin and expertise in the Chinese academic field to support me in collecting job vacancies and creating an application file meeting Chinese criterion.
Wanted profile :
• Chinese person.
• Very good writing communication skills in Mandarin.
• Comfortable either in English, German, or French (the languages I easily communicate in).
• Very good experience of the academic field either as teaching, searching or faculty staff member.
• Good knowledge of Schools of foreign languages (at universities) would be a plus but is not necessarily required.
• Well organized.
• Good internet connection.
Tasks :
• Guidance in collecting job vacancies on academic websites.
• Guidance in creating an application file meeting Chinese criterion : emails, CV, cover letter, and possible job interviews.
• Guidance in the way how to interact properly with Chinese possible employers.
• Communication by emails or messages with me on a regular basis.
• Possible online meetings by Skype, Zoom, FaceTime or any platform you prefer (if required).
• Possible but not required : If you’re a certified French/Chinese translator, translation of the CV and the cover letter from French into Chinese.
Remuneration :
• To be discussed depending on the estimated time and type of task.
