The task involves recording and simulating scripted conversations. Speakers must be fluent in Singaporean English and Singaporean Mandarin to ensure natural and accurate delivery.
● Native speakers residing in the target region (Singapore).
● Age range: 25 to 60 years old.
● Gender balance per language: ~50% male, ~50% female.
● Comfortable simulating realistic bank call centre conversations.
● Able to speak naturally, including filler words, pauses, tone shifts, and emotion.
● Comfortable with English–Mandarin code-switching where relevant.
