Details of the project: VoiceLine-LS provides on-demand remote interpretation services to organizations across the United States and Canada. The project supports clients in critical sectors including healthcare, legal services, insurance, education, law enforcement, and customer support.
Under this project, VoiceLine-LS connects professional freelance interpreters with end clients through a secure remote platform. Interpreters deliver real-time, accurate, and confidential interpretation between English-speaking professionals and Limited English Proficiency (LEP) individuals.
The primary focus of the project is medical and community interpretation, with a high volume of calls originating from hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities. Legal and customer service interpretation are also part of the service scope.
Interpreters handle both audio and video sessions, ensuring clear communication, cultural accuracy, and strict adherence to ethical and confidentiality standards. VoiceLine-LS provides technical support, training resources, and quality monitoring to maintain service excellence and client satisfaction.
The project operates 24/7, with peak demand during U.S. business hours. The goal is to deliver fast connection times, professional service quality, and reliable language access solutions for our partners and their clients.

Special requirements to the applicants: VoiceLine-LS seeks qualified freelance interpreters who can consistently deliver accurate, ethical, and professional remote interpretation services. Applicants must demonstrate strong bilingual proficiency and the ability to communicate clearly and neutrally in both English and the target language.
Candidates should be comfortable working in high-responsibility environments such as healthcare and legal settings, where accuracy and confidentiality are critical. Familiarity with medical and basic legal terminology is strongly preferred, and willingness to complete provided training is required.
Applicants must have a stable technical setup, including a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a wired USB headset. They must also have access to a quiet, private workspace suitable for handling confidential calls without background noise or interruptions.
For video interpretation assignments, applicants are required to maintain a professional appearance, proper lighting, and a clean, distraction-free background to ensure a clear and professional client experience.
Professional conduct, punctual log-in behavior, and adherence to VoiceLine-LS interpretation protocols and ethical standards are mandatory throughout the project engagement.
