Relevant Experience:
🔹 2–3 years of professional transcription work
🔹 Degree in linguistics, applied linguistics, or related field
🔹 Experience with transcription software (ELAN, Praat, Transcriber, etc.)
🔹 First-language or near-native proficiency in target language(s)
Technical Expertise:
🎯 Phonetic/phonological transcription (IPA proficiency)
🎯 Dialectal variation recognition
🎯 Prosody and intonation marking
🎯 Time-alignment & segmentation
🎯 Quality assurance & review protocols
