A Certificate of Registry (Zeebrief) composed in Dutch and English, needs to be translated to Italian. A sworn translation is required. The translation can be supplied digitally, no hard copy is required. The document, 1 1/3 page, consist of probably less than 100 words. Nothing really challenging, I would say.
Whether it is translated from English to Italian, or Dutch to Italian, makes no difference, fo that reason I added both language pairs.
