We would appreciate your pricing and estimated delivery timeline for the tasks described below.

We need to modify closed-captioned translations for a provider orientation video. The source video will be provided in English, along with translated text in Word format.

• File Size: 5 GB or larger (a secure transfer method will be provided)

o Estimated turnaround time for each language per video minute or other means
3. Relevant samples of your work, including:
o One sample of a 1-sitting captioned video
o One sample of a 2-sittings captioned video
Because we are working under a very tight deadline and do not have time to go back and forth, we will select highly qualified and experienced vendors who also offer the most competitive (lowest) price. Please provide your best and lowest rate in your initial quote, as we may not be able to negotiate further.
If we are awarded the contract, this may develop into continuous/ongoing work, although we do not yet know the frequency of assignments.
We have an urgent bid request and therefore need your quote, samples, and availability as soon as possible.
