Key Responsibilities:
• Analyse RFP documents and identify compliance requirements
• Draft high-quality narrative responses
• Build evidence-based sections: operational capacity, centre security, staff competency, risk management, quality assurance, and infrastructure
• Prepare supporting annexures:
o Candidate journey mapping
o SOPs for test-centre operations
o Data-protection & safeguarding policies
o Business continuity plans
o Staff training frameworks
o Centre security plans
• Conduct gap analysis to ensure 100% RFP compliance
• Edit, polish, and format the final submission
