Job Description:
TransPerfect is recruiting a Native French linguist for an onsite assignment at our client’s office in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, China. This is a short engagement, with the possibility of continued onsite work for future projects.
Scope of Work:
The selected linguist will support language-related tasks on site, such as translation review, linguistic validation, and quality assurance, depending on project needs.
Project Information:
Work Schedule: 09:00–18:00 (Beijing Time), Monday–Friday, or according to client requirements
Start Date: Early November
Project Duration: 3–4 days
Location: Onsite in Suzhou
Future Assignments: Must be open to relocating onsite for upcoming projects
Mandatory Requirements:
Native speaker of French
Legally allowed to work as a freelancer in China
Proven experience in at least one of the following:
Translation
Proofreading
Localization
Quality Assurance
Language teaching (French)
Preferred (Not Required):
Background in automotive or relevant technical subject matter
