APK Disassembly and Translation Expert Needed

I need help translating an Android utility app into English. The app is not mine and I don’t have access to the source code. My previous attempts at disassembling the APK using APK tools to translate text, reassemble and re-sign it, were unsuccessful as the app crashed upon installation. Your expertise in this area could be invaluable. I have materials where the text is and what needs to be translated. The application interface is made with Vue.js.
