Details of the project: We are seeking skilled over-the-phone Medical interpreters (OPI) for multiple languages to assist healthcare providers in delivering accurate, culturally sensitive care to patients.
As an OPI, you will bridge the language gap between patients and medical professionals, ensuring clear communication in medical settings.
Key Requirements:
• Fluency in one of the listed languages and English (both spoken)
• Experience in medical interpretation is a MUST (certification preferred)
• Strong understanding of medical terminology in both languages
• Ability to provide accurate interpretation in high-pressure situations
• Cultural competence and sensitivity to diverse populations
• Confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA regulations
