Responsibilities:
Translate and proofread game-related content from English to Burmese accurately and creatively to ensure quality and consistency.
Perform Language Quality Assessment (LQA) to evaluate translations and maintain high standards of accuracy, fluency, and cultural appropriateness.
Collaborate closely with the localization team to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality game localization results.
Provide feedback to improve the overall quality of the translated content.
Requirements:
Language Skills: Native proficiency in Burmese, with excellent translation skills between English and Burmese.
Translation Experience: At least one year of experience in game localization, preferably with LQA experience.
Professional Knowledge: A genuine passion for the gaming industry and an understanding of gaming terminology and culture.
Test Task: Applicants must complete a test task that includes both translation and proofreading to assess skills.
Availability: Availability to work during GMT+8 business hours.
Flexible Work Arrangement: Both freelance and in-house translators are welcome to apply.
