Responsibilities
Manage the entire lifecycle of localization projects, ensuring successful execution from initiation to completion.
Serve as the primary escalation contact for linguistic and content-related queries raised by translators or team members.
Handle daily project operations, including planning and managing timelines, preparing estimates, tracking progress, overseeing approvals, and generating status reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by managing expectations and gaining their trust.
Identify and resolve workflow or system inefficiencies to ensure smooth project execution.
Act as the central point of communication for all updates and project-related interactions.
Collaborate closely with the Client Services team to align on account-specific needs and goals.
Conduct follow-ups post-delivery to ensure client satisfaction and maintain high-quality standards.
Ensure timely delivery of all client and internal requirements, meeting agreed deadlines.
Proactively identify potential challenges and escalate them to management when necessary.
Provide accurate project cost estimates and inform clients of any additional expenses as needed.
Finalize invoices upon project delivery to ensure accurate billing.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a translation agency.
A Bachelor’s degree in related field (i.e English, Linguistics, International Relations,)
Familiar with CAT tools and TMS
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Be highly organized, detail-oriented, ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Solid understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel)
