BEFORE YOU GET PAID:
1. Critical errors, deadline delay or refuse to answer our feedback about your completion will incur penalty of your payment. Such penalty could make your payment to be zero.
2. Please ensure everything is 100% perfect (such as grammar error, typo, punctuation…) upon delivering your completion to our office as it’s possible we don’t have enough time to review in detail. Your completion could be almost all the final deliverable to our client.
3.CAT: if CAT is required, must use SDL Trados 2009, 2011 or 2017.

Payment:
1. Payment will be made via your Paypal or Skrill (MB) Account.
2. After job done and well received by us, if no critical quality problems, we will pay on the 15th day in the next or next-two month correspondingly.
3. AG pays automatically via our MIS/accounting system on 15th every month and on time as stated in this PO.
Your invoice is not necessary.
4. Payment Policy: Every 15th day, is our pay day, which is decided by the deadline setting, e.g.:
deadline before Feb 20, pay on Mar 15.
deadline after Feb 21, pay on Apr 15.
Namely, our payment policy is to pay within 25~55 days.
