The successful candidate will:
Conduct legal research specific to California family law.
Consult with us to clarify facts, arguments, and applicable legal standards.
Work collaboratively to prepare a comprehensive trial brief that aligns with the requirements for California courts.
Assist in organizing and preparing exhibits for the brief.
Ensure the final product adheres to all applicable legal and procedural standards.
Requirements:
Strong background in legal writing and research.
Knowledge of California family law.
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with clients.
Familiarity with preparing and presenting legal documents, including trial briefs and exhibits.
