Job Summary:
We are seeking English to Ukranian skilled QA Specialists to perform quality assurance on translation projects. This role involves reviewing flagged errors in translation QA reports, focusing on segment consistency, terminology, and punctuation. You will use TWS (Translation Workspace) and Excel to review, document, and resolve issues to ensure translation quality meets the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
Use TWS to review translations and flagged QA errors.
Analyze QA reports in Excel, focusing on the Segment Checker Errors and Terms & Punctuation Errors tabs.
Select “Mark” or “Ignore” for each identified error based on review criteria.
Ensure blocked segments (e.g., Blocked 100%, Blocked 101%) remain unmodified.
Provide file-by-file updates as tasks are completed.
Submit the revised files and filled QA reports for final review.
Requirements:
Experience in translation quality assurance or similar roles.
Proficiency in TWS (Translation Workspace) and Excel-based QA processes.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with technical terminology, particularly in the automotive or industrial fields, is a plus.
