We are seeking local Spanish<>English interpreters to facilitate communication between disaster victims and US government representatives in multiple upcoming assignments.
First assignment:
– Date: November 21, 2024
– Time: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
– Location: Burnsville, NC 28714
Requirements:
– US citizen or permanent resident
– Residence in North Carolina
– Experience as a professional interpreter
– Reliable transportation
– High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
– Community (including medical) interpreter training
– Court or medical interpreting experience
– Interpreter certification
